I’m the CEO of Grailed and I’ve worked here for just about six years. My personal style is fairly laid back, but I like to experiment with the juxtaposition of different styles and price points. For example, I’ll wear an Acronym jacket with Engineered Garments x Vans slip-ons or a Loro Piana cashmere sweater with yellow Fear of God sweatpants. Lately I’ve been really into heritage Americana—brands like RRL, Woolrich and Pendleton.

Are there any trends you are watching out for this winter and holiday season?

Fleece continues to smash. I always appreciate a good shearling as well.

What are a few particular favorites on your winter wish list?

I would love to find a winter coat that is super warm but not too huge. I’m always on the lookout for a good fleece—18 East just dropped a bunch of wild ones.

What’s one Grail you wish you could buy before the season’s over?

I’d love to find a first season Enfants Riches Déprimés "Chess" sweater in red.

If you could give Grailed users one piece of holiday shopping advice, what would it be?

Don’t buy something just because it’s on sale. Make sure you really love it.

I’m a big boy with long arms and a proclivity for cheekily observing different styles. I’ve worked at Grailed for a year and change on our Analytics team where I focus specifically on product. Y’all like those seller badges? Yours truly crunched those numbers. I’m a big believer in well-executed basics, leveraging tonal palettes, but I also love peppering in a little flair here and there.

Are there any trends you are watching out for this winter and holiday season?

I’m a huge fan of sand-washed garments, and I’m keen as ever in my belief that there’s no better centerpiece to a fit than a good ol’ fashioned turtleneck. I can’t wait to saunter about decked head-to-toe in various shades of deep purple. Did I mention it’s Ferry season?

What are a few particular favorites on your winter wish list?

Wishlist-wise, I’ve got my eyes peeled for good deals on all things A.P.C.. There’s also a not zero chance I get the penny loafers from Aimé Leon Dore.

What’s one Grail you wish you could buy before the season’s over?

[Nike] Dunks. But I know it ain’t happening. The more realistic answer is a leather jacket.

If you could give Grailed users one piece of holiday shopping advice, what would it be?

GO. TO. UNIQLO.

I am the Editor in Chief of Grailed, and head up the daily operations of our blog Dry Clean Only. I’ve been with Grailed for about two and a half years. My personal style is pretty simple and “normal;” I think it’s important that clothing be functional and not fussy. In other words, the clothing you buy should be able to worn to a modern—albeit casual—workplace, in front of extended family or simply get you through any average day-to-day scenario. If anything, the most over-the-top, abstract thing I regularly add to my wardrobe are pieces from Italian sportswear-meets-techwear brand Stone Island.

Are there any trends you are watching out for this winter and holiday season?

Every holiday season, I always end up adding another turtleneck to my wardrobe. You cannot have too many turtlenecks for the cooler months.

What are a few particular favorites on your winter wish list?

I’m always using Grailed to buy vintage T-shirts for a steal. Right now, I’m noticing I’m on a bit of a vintage Nike T-shirt kick; anything that’s from a Nike-sponsored event or utilizing a retro logo is going to end up in my Favorites.

What’s one Grail you wish you could buy before the season’s over?

If everything lines up correctly, I’d like to buy a pair of Stone Island cargo pants before the season is over. While Stone Island bottoms can get a little crazy, I’d like something that’s not too over-designed, in a sensible color like olive green, black or navy.

I’m Julian, Co-founder and CTO. I have been at Grailed for five years now and I oversee engineering, talent, and community. My personal style is cozy boy with tasteful avant-garde basics (Rick Owens tees and denim, Boris Bidjan Saberi sweaters, etc)

I’m building an arsenal of black cashmere sweaters.

There’s a pair of Dries Van Noten tie-dye denim pants I’ve had my eye on.

My advice for the holidays is to consolidate your wardrobe! Find things in your closet that you haven’t worn in a while, sell them to build up a PayPal balance, and treat yourself to one or two things that will help bolster your spirit through the winter months.

My name is Sam, and I manage the moderation team at Grailed. We help keep the marketplace safe for our users. I’ve been working at Grailed for a little over two years. I enjoy collecting and wearing archive clothing, particularly those from Japanese designers like Undercover and Hysteric Glamour as well as avant-garde designers like Ma+ and Rick Owens.

I’m big on shearling jackets this year. Staying cozy has to be your priority when trying to make it through a New York winter.

I'm Scott. I have been at Grailed for the past four and half years. I am responsible for managing our special brand projects. Until recently, I wore black head to toe for the past 2 or so years straight day-in and day-out, though I'd still describe my personal style as that of a "fashion enthusiast." Despite my adoration for Japanese and European designers, there hasn't been one brand that's really tied me down lately. The past few months involved more exploration than refinement, straying away from the uniformity that plagued my wardrobe in the past.

Always wait for the opportunity to buy what you truly want rather than compromise for what you can currently get. If you cut corners on your grails you will never be satisfied. Just be patient.

I’m the Community Manager, I’ve been here for almost four years and I focus on advocating for our customers internally to ensure we provide the best user experience for the community. My personal style is an understated mix of vintage and militaria with high-end staples.

I’m hoping to seeing more individuality once the streetwear boom dies down.

What are a few particular favorites on your winter wish list?

I already buy everything I want but my favorite pieces are my Paul Harnden jackets, Takahiromiyashita TheSoloist. jeans and Guidi boots.

I haven’t yet found a good camel-hair Polo coat in a smaller size—that’s the one grail that still eludes me. For now, I have a cashmere Rick Owens coat that does the trick.
