“Most In-Demand” is a weekly series documenting the top 10 most favorited listings on Grailed over the past seven days. If you’ve got these listings in your cart—you better cop quick before someone beats you to the punch! If you’re a seller with one or more of these pieces in your wardrobe, it’s time to get them listed on site (or, if you’re really looking to sell, ready to price aggressively!)

If a few of these standout pieces look a little familiar, keep in mind that this is a recap of the most in-demand items on the marketplace across the entire month of February. It might have been a short month, but there's big grails in this lineup.

Although the end of February began to usher in warmer weather, the month's favorites tell us that knitwear has still been on the minds of the community. The grey iteration of the Acne Studios Zora sweater from Spring/Summer 2018 featured highest among the month's most in-demand knits, but is followed closely by a Nikos mohair sweater from the preceding Fall/Winter 2017 collection. A cowichan knit cardigan from Hysteric Glamour rounds out our list at number 10, epitomizing the reinterpreted Americana the Japanese label has become known for.

Another standout was a pair of Berlin cut pants from Rick Owens' DRKSHDW line. The sub-brand serves as an extension of Owens' mainline collections and sees the designer offer his take on denim, athleisure and other wardrobe staples. Owens' Berlin cut sweatpants have already become a classic among his cult following, and these corduroy pants featuring the same silhouette come in the lesser-seen "Ice" colorway.
