The fruits of Fear of God designer [Jerry Lorenzo]’s (as well as many others) labor culminated in the release of the first Nike x Fear of God collaboration this past December. While much thought went into the apparel for the collection, it’s no secret that the crown jewel of the brands partnership is the Nike Air Fear of God 1.

While the collection released alongside the black/black pair, the original press release showed a “Light Bone” pair which was absent from the December 15 drop (though small numbers of the Light Bone colorway have appeared in the aftermarket. Today, Jerry Lorenzo took to Instagram stories and used his NBA 2K19 character to reveal the latest colorway’s release date.

The Nike Air Fear of God 1 Light Bone will release on January 12 via select Nike retailers and Nike SNKRS app. Be sure to check Grailed shortly after the drop as the sneakers make their way to the Hype marketplace.
