After a surprise drop on Travis Scott’s official website this past Saturday, the Nike SB Dunk Low “Cactus Jack” will be released at a variety of skate shops around the world later this week.

While he’s not expected to win Thrasher’s “Skater of the Year” award any time soon, Travis Scott has been at the forefront of the return of the Nike SB Dunk. For the past year, he’s been seen wearing a variety of pairs that sneakerheads lined up for over a decade ago and been instrumental in the SB Dunk’s recent uptick in value on the secondary market. Nike has taken note of Travis Scott’s effect on the shoe’s popularity as they are now retro-ing classic colorways and doing collaborations on the model, starting with La Flame himself.

The Nike SB Dunk “Cactus Jack” features an unusually complex upper, with its beige nubuck upper mostly hidden under removable paisley and plaid print overlays. Underneath that paisley print (at least in the toe area, as designer/G.O.O.D. Music affiliate Ibn Jasper uncovered is the classic elephant print, most likely a nod to Supreme’s previous Nike SB Dunk collaborations). Other details include a grey sock liner, black and pink mid foot swooshes and Cactus Jack branding on the tongue.

The Travis Scott x Nike SB Dunk Low “Cactus Jack” is set to release February 29 at select retailers. Be sure to check Grailed shortly after the release for your chance to get a pair.
