While the Blazer Mid may have everyone’s attention at the moment, Off-White has wasted no time whipping up another footwear collaboration, this time going back to the Converse Chuck Taylor 70 for another colorway.

Whereas the last Off-White x Chuck Taylor 70 was part of the “Ghosting” pack—utilizing a translucent upper treatment—Abloh took on a plain white canvas Converse Chuck Taylor in its place. The upper is relatively simple, incorporating the now-signature zip tie, orange tab accent and Off-White’s printed manufacturing text distinguishing it from a normal Chuck Taylor. The midsole is where Abloh took some creative liberties, adding a striped crosswalk pattern familiar to Off-White fans. The outsole is orange, helping to distinguish this “ COLLAB “ from the original.

The Off-White x Chuck Taylor 70 will release on October 8 via Converse’s webstore at 10 am EST, as well as other Off-White x Converse retailers. Be sure to check Grailed’s Hype marketplace soon after the drop for a second chance to cop.
