Supreme and Nike Collaborate on Leather-Focused Collection

Just weeks after releasing the leather adorned Nike Air Max 95 Lux, Supreme has teamed up with the swoosh again for more leather goods.
While Supreme isn’t new to using fabrics more upscale than cotton and nylon, the use of leather has increased in recent collections. The past two Fall/Winter collections have brought us a number of leather pieces including the Martin Wong 8-ball varsity jacket, camo leather hooded jacket and leather anoraks, among several others.
In collaboration with Nike, Supreme has made leather the centerpiece, using it as both the primary textile in some pieces and as an accent appliqué for others. The collection consists of a leather anorak, leather baseball jersey, leather warmup pant, hooded sweatshirt, leather duffle bag, a 14k gold ring, sunglasses and bandana. The leather anorak serving as the centerpiece of the collaboration features premium cowhide leather with fill, quilted nylon lining and a removable hood; the baseball jersey, warmup pant and duffle bag all feature premium cowhide leather as well. The hooded sweatshirt features a cowhide leather logo appliqué for those looking for a more comfortable way to flex the premium material.
The Supreme x Nike Fall 2019 collection will be available this Thursday, November 29, at Supreme’s US, European and online stores. It will be released on November 30 in Japan. Be sure to check Grailed shortly after 11 AM as items make their way to the Hype marketplace.
