Seller Description

Born in the city of Saitama, Japan, Tsumori Chisato studied fashion at the prestigious Bunka Fashion School in Tokyo. In 1977, she entered the Issey Miyake design company as the head designer for Issey Sport, later renamed "IS Chisato Tsumori Design." This vintage boat neck sweater from the 1980's features the iconic care instructions text screen printed on the front, 100% terry cotton, ribbed hems and the company's iconic "IS" logo.
